Services · All Lines Business Solutions
Your back office, handled — and priced where you can see it.
Eight service lines covering the finance and operations work growing companies either hire four people to do, or do badly at 11pm. Fractional financial leadership, bookkeeping, payroll, tax, and back-office operations — delivered nationwide by a team that has run these functions inside real businesses for over a decade.
Published pricing, not “contact us for a quote.” Most firms make you sit through a discovery call to hear a number. Here they are.
The recurring services
The monthly work. This is where most relationships start, and where the compounding happens — because books, payroll and tax are all the same body of work viewed three ways.
Bookkeeping
Every account reconciled monthly — not annually. Transactions categorised, statements produced, records maintained for the return. You find out about a problem in time to do something about it.
- Monthly reconciliation on any number of accounts
- Financial statements you can actually read
- Books kept filing-ready year-round
From $250per month, up to 400 transactions
Payroll
Payroll run, filings handled across state and federal obligations, records tied back into the books. Attaches to bookkeeping rather than sitting apart from it, so nothing has to be reconciled twice.
- Payroll processing and direct deposit
- Unemployment and payroll tax filings managed
- Reconciled back into the bookkeeping
From $150per month, up to 10 people
Tax Services
Preparation, filing, planning and estimated payments, with multi-state compliance. The annual reason to call — and the natural next step if we already keep your books.
- Business and personal returns
- Priced by form, quoted before we start
- Multi-state compliance support
Quoted by form1040 from $250 · 1065 from $795 · 1120-S from $1,195 · 1120 from $1,595
Bookkeeping and payroll combined start at $400 per month. Books already behind? Catch-up work is a one-time cost, quoted separately and before we begin — nobody should be surprised by that line.
Fractional leadership
Senior financial and operational leadership, priced as a fraction of what one full-time executive costs. For companies that need the judgment but not another salary on the books.
Fractional CFO
Quarterly reporting, financial strategy, cash flow management and board-ready financials. The seat you need before you can justify a full-time CFO — and often the one that tells you whether you ever should hire one.
- Quarterly reporting and board-ready financials
- Cash flow management and forecasting
- Financial strategy and planning rhythm
Quoted after intakedepends on entities, volume and compliance load
per month, by scope
Fractional COO
Operations strategy, process improvement, vendor management and SOP development. For the owner who is still the operational bottleneck and knows it.
- Operations strategy and process improvement
- Vendor management and SOP development
- Scoped to the actual constraint, not a template
Scopedquoted per engagement
Operations and control
The work that keeps money moving and nothing falling through cracks between the systems.
AR / AP Management
Invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and receivables and payables kept current. The difference between knowing your cash position and guessing at it.
- Invoicing and collections follow-up
- Vendor payments scheduled and recorded
- Receivables and payables kept current
Scopedpriced with bookkeeping
Back Office Admin
Administrative support, document management, scheduling and client communications. The repetitive work that eats a day a week and never shows up on a P&L.
- Document management and filing
- Scheduling and client communications
- Administrative support on a recurring cadence
Scopedpriced by volume
Fractional AIIO / CTO
Technology strategy, system architecture and security-first infrastructure advisory. Technology decisions made by someone accountable for the outcome, not the invoice.
- Technology strategy and system architecture
- Security-first infrastructure advisory
- Vendor and tooling evaluation
Scopedquoted per engagement
How we work
Four steps, and you know the price before step three.
Discovery
We review your current books and processes and identify what is costing you time and money. Thirty minutes, no obligation.
Strategy
A clear engagement plan: which services, what cadence, and exactly what it costs. No surprises later.
Implementation
We clean up, set up and take over the workflows — reconciliations, payroll runs, reporting rhythms.
Optimization
Ongoing refinement: tighter close cycles, better cash visibility, proactive quarterly planning.
On the numbers above. Scope-dependent services — fractional CFO, COO and AIIO/CTO — are quoted after a structured intake that defines the size and shape of the work, not before. Bookkeeping and payroll are published starting points and are set by transaction volume and headcount — your actual quote depends on scope. Tax work is priced by form and quoted before we file anything. Fractional CFO, COO and CTO engagements are scoped per company, because a two-entity contractor and a 90-person manufacturer are not the same job. If you are outside what we handle well, we will say so on the call and point you somewhere better.
Tell us where the friction is.
Books, payroll, tax, or all of it. A 30-minute conversation is all it takes to see where we can help — and what it would cost.
